Nikisha Grinstead is the creator and owner of ShePurposed. Friends and family would describe her as energetic, positive, motivating, generous, passionate, giving, and spirit-led. As a leader and mentor, she launched this Ministry to fulfill her purpose of uplifting other women to walk into their destiny.

Nikisha’s prayer is for God to keep the fire blazing within her soul to do what it is He has called her to do.

Her upbringing traces back to the heart and soul of none other than the cultured New Orleans, Louisiana where she was raised. Nikisha is now a Veteran of the United States Air Force where she served as an Air traffic controller. During her time of service, she was allotted the opportunity to enhance her leadership skills. She has been married for 10 years and is the mother of two handsome kings. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Prairie View A&M University and Master’s Degree in Leadership from Belhaven University.

In each of her endeavors, Nikisha strives to remain optimistic, personable, and transparent. Through this foundation, she assures that she will devote herself to a high degree of due diligence to educate, encourage, empower, and elevate all women to grow personally and professionally.
